Warranties and Service Support

EFI Ecotech supports projects not only during the realisation phase, but also throughout the entire life cycle of the equipment. We provide full technical support in accordance with European standards of reliability and industrial safety.

Support is provided under basic warranty as well as extended service agreements, including remote monitoring, preventive maintenance visits and rapid assistance when needed.
Warranty
Every FS Green installation comes with an official warranty for the equipment and automated systems. The warranty period is from 12 to 36 months depending on the configuration and operating conditions. During this period the customer receives free replacement or repair of units that failed due to the manufacturer's fault.

We guarantee compliance with the declared technical characteristics and reliable operation of the systems in compliance with the instructions and regulations. The customer receives certificates of conformity, test reports and a full package of factory documentation.
Extended Maintenance Programs
To ensure long-term reliability, we offer clients extended maintenance and service contracts. These may include:
Remote system diagnostics and software updates
Emergency response and on-site repair by certified technicians
Performance audits and system upgrades as needed
Spare parts supply with guaranteed compatibility and origin
Scheduled preventive inspections and maintenance

FS Green units are connected to a remote monitoring system that allows us to monitor key parameters in real time. This makes it possible to detect and correct abnormalities before they become emergencies, increasing reliability and reducing operating costs
