Feedstock Analysis
and Technical Proposal

Our work begins with a detailed study of the client’s waste stream — analyzing composition, volume, and potential outputs. Based on this, we determine the optimal plant configuration and assess the project’s technical and financial feasibility.

We then develop a tailored techno-commercial proposal, outlining the selected FS Green model, projected output figures, investment estimates, and implementation schedule. This document forms the foundation for decision-making and planning.

Engineering and Design

We produce a full set of engineering documents including process flow diagrams, architectural and structural plans, utility layouts, equipment specifications, and technical calculations. This ensures exact alignment with client specifications and site conditions.

In addition, we prepare the required documentation for building permits, utility connections, and environmental and technological licenses. All designs are developed in compliance with EN, ISO, and CE standards, as well as national regulations in the host country.

Equipment Manufacturing

Once the project design is approved, we begin manufacturing the modular plant components. Key systems — plasma reactor, gas separation unit, power module, and automated control panel — are fabricated in certified European facilities.

Each component undergoes factory acceptance testing (FAT) and quality control prior to delivery. Packaging and logistics are planned to ensure secure transport and efficient on-site assembly

Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning

We coordinate equipment shipment, customs clearance, and delivery to the project site. Installation is carried out under the supervision of EFI Ecotech engineers, with strict adherence to safety and technical specifications.

Once assembled, the system undergoes full commissioning: testing, calibration, and operational validation. Final acceptance protocols are executed with client participation.

Commissioning and Lifecycle Support

After successful commissioning, the plant is transferred to the client along with a comprehensive documentation package: equipment passports, user manuals, wiring diagrams, and operational records.

EFI Ecotech offers post-commissioning support programs, including preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, spare parts supply, software updates, and retraining of staff as needed.
