Up to 95% Feedstock Utilization
Thanks to high-temperature plasma and full control of thermochemical stages, almost the entire feedstock is converted into energy and usable materials. The residual volume is under 10%, free of toxic components.
Zero Emissions of CO₂ and Harmful Substances
The process is completely sealed from external air. The absence of combustion eliminates emissions of CO₂, NOₓ, SOₓ, and other toxic compounds. This makes FS Green suitable for use in urban environments, environmentally sensitive zones, and tourist regions.
Flexible Input Compatibility
FS Green systems are configurable for various types of input: from mixed municipal waste to hazardous industrial residues including asbestos. Each module is adapted to regional conditions and specific client needs.
Modular Design and Scalability
Plants are constructed as modular units, enabling fast deployment and future capacity expansion. A single module can serve small municipalities, while multi-block systems can power entire industrial clusters.
The generation of energy and hydrogen ensures a sustainable financial model, supported by subsidies and tax incentives under green transition programs. FS Green also improves ESG performance — enhancing corporate image, attracting investment, and meeting global sustainability standards.
Full Automation and Remote Monitoring
All operations — from feedstock input to final output — are managed via a centralized automated control system. The plant features a remote diagnostics and monitoring module, enabling operators to oversee the process in real time from any location.
