FS Green C -

Tires and Oily Waste as a Source of Energy and Raw Materials
Back
FS Green C is a specialized industrial plant designed for the deep thermal treatment of hydrocarbon-rich waste, such as used tires, oil sludge, bituminous residues, and other complex petrochemical by-products. These materials are typically difficult to process and pose serious environmental risks when landfilled or incinerated.

Using high-temperature plasma gasification in an oxygen-free environment, FS Green C breaks down complex hydrocarbons into a clean high-calorific gas mixture. This gas is then converted into electricity and hydrogen, while additional components—such as synthetic gas fuel, technical carbon, and reclaimed rubber fractions—can be extracted for reuse in the energy and chemical industries.
Key Advantages
Environmentally safe disposal of hazardous hydrocarbon waste
Simultaneous generation of energy and reusable by-products
Recovery of multiple marketable outputs: gas, hydrogen, carbon, rubber compounds
Designed for petrochemical clusters, recycling hubs, and industrial zones
Compliance with EU Standards
FS Green C is fully compliant with EU requirements for hazardous waste management and industrial emissions:
Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC):
Prioritizes processing over storage and enables recovery of secondary materials
Non-combustion process; avoids formation of dioxins and toxic ash
Waste Incineration Directive (2000/76/EC) and IED Directive (2010/75/EU):
REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006):
End products such as technical carbon and gas fractions may qualify for compliant industrial reuse
Standards governing hydrogen systems and calorific value measurement for waste-derived fuels
